Dave Mittereder, Chief Executive Officer and President

Dave is one of the founders of Hudson Technology Group, which joined Incepta as Citigate Hudson in 2000. Dave has over 20 years experience in the technology industry, including strategic technology consulting, applications development, project management and business analysis. As CEO and President, Dave directs all aspects of Hudson's business strategy and tactics. He is particularly active in the areas of new business development and consultant recruiting, and maintains a significant role in key client account management.

Prior to founding Hudson, Dave was a successful independent business and technology consultant for 10 years, serving clients primarily in the financial services industry (Chemical Bank, Salomon Brothers, MetLife). As an entrepreneur, Dave has been an integral contributor and leader in hi-tech, high-growth, start-up organizations - from a semiconductor company in Silicon Valley, to a spreadsheet development start-up in Boston, to a Wall Street consulting group.

Dave has a B.S. in Applied Math/Computer Science and Administration and Management Science from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Andrew J. Brust, Chief, New Technology

Andrew Brust is an industry expert and acclaimed speaker on .NET, SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies. He has authored dozens of articles, columns, and whitepapers. He also has been a featured speaker at conferences and conventions, and has hosted corporate seminars promoting innovative technology. Andrew applies his broad-based, hands-on knowledge and experienced mentoring skills to assist in evaluating and architecting custom solutions for Citigate Hudson clients.

Andrew has over 15 years of experience programming and consulting in the financial, public services, small business, and not-for-profit sectors. He was the founder and chief executive of Progressive Systems Consulting, a firm specializing in custom software solutions. Currently Andrew is a Microsoft Regional Director for New York and New Jersey, a member of the INETA (International .NET Association) Speaker's Bureau, a contributing editor to Visual Studio Magazine, and a regular speaker at VSLive! and other conferences throughout the U.S. and internationally. Andrew also is a Vice-Chairman of the New York Software Industry Association (NYSIA) Board of Directors. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana.

Brian Schmitt, Vice President, Software Development

Brian has been the principal Project Manager and Technical Architect for several projects at Citigate Hudson and a valued contributor on many more. Most recently he was instrumental in the design and implementation of a near-real-time Business Intelligence application for an international bank's letter of credit processing operations.

Brian has wide ranging experience from Software Engineering to Network Architecture. He has developed software for a number of different platforms in many programming languages and implemented local and wide area network infrastructure.

Brian holds advanced technical certifications from Microsoft, Sun and Novell as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from New York University. He periodically teaches programming in C# for the Continuing Education program at Baruch College in Manhattan.

Lawrence De Voe, Vice President of Business Development

Lawrence is the Vice President of Business Development at Citigate Hudson with responsibilities including business development, account management and sales. Since joining Hudson in 1998, Lawrence has managed projects for, or otherwise been involved with, nearly every Citigate Hudson client including ABN AMRO, Arts International, Credit Suisse First Boston (formerly DLJ), the National Football League, and Société Générale.

Lawrence also teaches classes that focus on developing SQL database applications with ASP and ASP.NET.

Prior to joining Citigate Hudson, he was President of De Voe Consulting, Inc., a technology consulting company he founded in 1998. He also served as an Application Developer and Trainer for Sequiter, Inc. Prior to embarking on his technology career, De Voe was a licensed Series 7 and 63 stockbroker and worked as an Assistant Analyst and Broker for Barclay Investments, Inc.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in developing Windows Forms Applications with VB.NET.

Jay Harris Rabin, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel

Jay joined Hudson's management team in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, having served as Hudson's outside counsel during the prior two years. Jay's responsibilities include the supervision of all aspects of Hudson's financial affairs, as well as all daily operations of the company. Jay also handles Hudson's client negotiations and licensing, distribution and servicing arrangements. Jay is active in client and business development, focusing on Hudson's marketing and public relations efforts, and in maintaining his connection to the corporate legal community.

Jay's legal practice before joining Hudson focused on intellectual property matters, general corporate counseling and commercial litigation. Jay received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell University.

Phil Eames, Managing Director, Incepta Online

Phil joined the Incepta Group as Managing Director of Incepta Online in January of 2000. Phil is responsible for the Incepta Group online and new media activity worldwide. Incepta Online is focused on developing local and international new media business that drive the use and exploitation of the media for our clients.

Phil brings his wealth of experience and knowledge from commercial software and technology suppliers in which he has worked previously to the Incepta Group.

Phil joined Incepta from ICL where he was General Manager for ICL's Media and On-line/Internet Payments Business. This involved the set-up and running of projects such as BT's Internet based Multi Media Kiosks and SKY TV's Digital "Pay per View" system. Prior to this time Philip was with Nokia where he led the international business unit.
