Regional managers obtain real-time data enabling them to more efficiently balance workload across different regions. The system tracks and feeds metrics to an executive dashboard and business intelligence system, providing senior management with hourly "snapshots" of global activities. Color-coded volume and trend charts (by type, cause, region, etc.) allow drill-down analysis of customer behavior, workflow analysis by region and group, and service level compliance.
